Chanukkah Under the Stars 2014

Friday, December 19th, 2014 5:00PM-9:00PM

Temple Beth El of Boca Raton will be celebrating Chanukah this year with its signature Chanukah Under the Stars event. This free community event will be a beautiful evening under the night sky, as members from the local South Florida Jewish community come together to celebrate the joyous holiday of Chanukah. 5:00-7:00 Family-oriented celebration and food for sale. 7:30 the service and musical celebration begin. There is free parking in lots on Federal Highway north of Mizner Park, and attendees can also park for free and walk from City Hall or the Downtown libraries. Saturday, December 20th, 2014 Train Rides at 5:00PM, Movie begins at 6:30PM

All aboard The Polar Express! Come in your pajamas for free train rides and activities before the movie. Concessions including hot chocolate, pizza, and popcorn will be available for purchase. Movie and activities are free. Purchase a $5 raffle ticket for a prize including 4 tickets to see Cirque de Soleil: Amaluna, winners will be announced before the movie at 6:30. Bring chairs and blankets or rent a chair for $5. Free parking available at City Hall, libraries and north of the amphitheater.

Live Nation presents the 3rd Annual Boca Sunshine Music & Blues Festival, an all-day festival taking place on two stages.This year's lineup includes: The Tedeschi Trucks Band, Grace Potter, Dickey Betts & Great Southern, The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Los Lobos, The Both (Aimee Mann and Ted Leo), Rebirth Brass Band, Matt Schofield, and Sean Chambers. Food and beverages including craft brew selections and local food trucks.

Tickets are $49.50 plus fees for General Admission, $99 plus fees for limited reserved seating while available, and $179.50 plus fees for The Sunshine Experience Package which includes a premium reserved seat, access to the East colonnade (for a view of both stages), VIP lunch served from noon-2pm, a festival commemorative laminate, t-shirt, and poster.
