The cake pan collection includes a variety of pans (shapes, traditional, specialty, characters) from various manufacturers. Each pan (or set) comes in a plastic see-through carrying bag with a brief instruction sheet. Additional instructions for care and use of pan may be found in the catalog record for each pan, at bakeware manufacturer websites, and in the library's collection of cook books and other resources on baking and decorating. The collection is stored at the Spanish River Library (inquire at the Account Services desk) but you may also place a hold and pick up at either location (allow time for delivery).
