Full (All-Lane) Road and Trail Closures


El Rio Trail, between Yamato Road and the El Rio Canal Pedestrian Bridge


CLOSED: Monday, August 14, 2017 to approximately Monday, August 28, 2017 (approximately 2 weeks)
Beginning on August 14, the segment of El Rio Trail located west of the El Rio Canal, between the El Rio canal pedestrian bridge (connecting to Tri-Rail) and Yamato Road will be closed in order to commence the eastbound Yamato Road widening operations. The duration of the closure is anticipated to be in the order of two weeks.
Pedestrians: Detour via the El Rio Canal pedestrian bridge, and use the Tri-Rail station to cross the tracks and access Yamato on the path leading from the entrance to the Tri-Rail station.
Bicyclists: Detour along Spanish River Boulevard westbound, and then travel northbound towards the Tri-Rail station on the T-Rex trail via the shared-use path link south of the intersection at NW Park at Broken Sound Boulevard.

Camino Real, at the CSX Railroad Crossing (West of I-95)

Railroad crossing improvements are scheduled to occur for the railroad crossing on Camino Real west of Interstate 95. The railroad crossing will be closed for a period of approximately 55 hours.

SW 18th Street, at the CSX Railroad Crossing (West of I-95)

Camino Real Bridge, at the Intracoastal Waterway


CLOSED: Late 2017/Early 2018, for approximately 12 months

Partial Road (Lane) Closures


St. Andrews Boulevard, between Palmetto Park Road and Glades Road


PERIODIC LANE CLOSURES: Tuesday, September 5, 2017, to Thursday, February 2, 2018 (approximately 150 days).
Repaving of St. Andrews Blvd between Palmetto Park Road and Glades Road has been scheduled. Construction will begin on September 5, 2017 and extend for a duration of 150 days, with an expected completion date of February 2, 2018. Vehicles will be able to travel northbound and southbound along St. Andrews Blvd during this time, however, St. Andrews Blvd may be reduced to one (1) travel lane periodically to allow for the milling and resurfacing work to be completed.
Roads marked in Red represent a full (all-lane) closure. Roads marked in Yellow represent a partial (lane) road closure.
