Acting and Improv for Kids 

At Sugar Sand Park Community Center

Date & time: March 20-24, 8:30am-1:00pm 

Info: Have your child explore and develop their personalities and draw out their creative sides through acting and improvisation! The activities range from vocal and physical warm-ups, creative improvisation, “acting” games, focus and attention span building exercises to build confidence in their public speaking, ensemble work, and develop their own creativity, all the while having fun! Your acting coach is a full-time FL and NJ State dual certified teacher in English and Theatre, holds a Master of Arts degree in Education, and has been a TV, Film, and theatre working actor for 25 years. Improv show for parents. Please bring a lunch, snack, and beverage. 

Cost: Resident $280, Non-resident $350, Materials Fee $10 (t-shirt).

Info: This one-day workshop is a great introduction to Discover Magic, a one-of-a-kind, nationally recognized program designed to create extraordinary FUN that makes Great kids appear! Our courses and workshops build character, confidence and communication skills that will positively impact your child for the rest of their life. We focus on magic, fun, and learning. The MAGIC makes the FUN happen; the FUN makes the LEARNING easy! Promotes communication skills, public speaking, creativity, and empathy. Please bring a lunch, snack, and beverage.
