• Submission of PowerPoints or other presentations to be shown during public hearings/public comments will not be accepted on USB or flash drives.
• Presentations to be submitted for consideration for Planning and Zoning Board Meetings must be emailed to PlanningZoning@myboca.us and received 4 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If handouts will be provided to Board Members, at least 10 copies must be given to Development Services staff prior to the start of the meeting.
