The
Research Park at Florida Atlantic University provides a supportive environment where companies engaged in the research and development of new and innovative products can thrive. The Research Park is the only state-university affiliated research park in South Florida, and is home to 18 later-stage, high-tech companies as well as the Technology Business Incubator, which houses 21 high-growth technology start-ups. In 2014, the Research Park generated more than $755.3 million in regional economic impact and the International Economic Development Council (
IEDC) recognized the Research Park’s achievements with a silver award for regionalism and cross-county development, cementing its position as a dynamic force in the South Florida economy.
