Recreation Registration Portal

Our registration system is undergoing an upgrade and
will be offline until further notice.

This does not affect registrations made prior to February 19.

Rectrac & Webtrac

RecTrac is our registration portal. Our team members use this to register you for programs, activities, pavilion rentals, and to purchase permits in person.

WebTrac is our self-registration portal. Once you have signed up for an account in person, you can then sign up for programs, activities, Willow Theatre shows and renew your permits from the comfort of your own home using WebTrac.

Some programs and activities are accessible through other registration platforms and are not affected by this planned outage:

    • Tennis & Pickleball Court Reservations
    • Golf Programs and Tee Times
    • Mizner Park Amphitheater
    • Boca Raton Public Library programming

(To view all of our activities and programs, take a look at The Recreator)

What is changing?

We are excited to announce a new version of our registration portal! Our system will be offline until further notice. We will not be able to process any registrations, beach permits, tennis lessons, or facility and pavilion reservations during this time. Once the upgrade is complete, we will be able to resume in-person and online registrations. This does not affect registrations made prior to February 19.

Active WebTrac accounts will maintain their username and password as well as transaction history.

Signing up or reactivating your online account:

To sign up, update or reactivate your account, visit one of our facilities in person and provide a state-issued photo ID and residency documentation.

Proving City of Boca Raton and Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District Residency:

Residency is proven by presenting a valid photo ID and one of the following original documents:

  • Water bill
  • Florida Power and Light (FPL) Bill
  • Rental or lease agreement
  • Notarized letter from condo association

University students and faculty residing on campus may establish proof of residency by submitting a signed letter by the Director of Housing certifying that they reside on campus.

Note: Although you may have a Boca Raton address, it does not necessarily mean that you live within City limits. Parts of Boca Raton are within unincorporated Palm Beach County and are serviced by the County. Check out the City Limits map to see if you’re within the City’s or Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District boundaries.

Not a resident?

If you are not a resident, you are still able to register for activities and programs. Just visit one of our registration locations with your state-issued photo ID and our team will be happy to set up an account for you.

Inactive Accounts and Outstanding Balances

To maintain the integrity of our system:

  • If your account has not been active within the last three years, it has been made inactive.
  • Accounts that have not been used within the last five years, have not been transferred to our new system.

If either of these apply to your account, please visit a registration location to update your information.

If your account has an outstanding balance, it will be automatically added to your cart during your next in-person or online transaction.

We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance your registration experience. Keep an eye on this page and our social media channels for updates on our progress. For questions or concerns please contact bocarec@myboca.us
