Andrea Levine O’Rourke


Originally from the Boston area, Deputy Mayor O'Rourke is a proud Boca Raton resident since 1979 and a Downtown Boca resident since 1999. 

Education & Professional Experience

With a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from FAU, Deputy Mayor O'Rourke's background is in graphic and interior design in both residential and commercial projects, as well as public relations, advertising and communications. She has run her own company along with being employed by The Harid Conservatory and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

Community Involvement

Deputy Mayor O'Rourke serves the community as a past chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Federation of Boca Raton Homeowner Association. She also has served as a board member on the Downtown Advisory Committee and the Boca Raton Police Department CrimeWatch. Deputy Mayor O'Rourke is the co-founder of the Golden Triangle Neighborhood Association, and served as its president for eight years. She is a member of the FAU Alumni Association and the Rotary Club of Boca Raton.


One of Deputy Mayor O'Rourke's greatest pleasures has been serving as a mentor for the past fifteen years. She, her husband George and children all enjoy the wonderful benefits of living in such a wonderful community.
