Clint Moore Beautification Project
The existing medians along Clint Moore Road that extend from the Florida Turnpike to Jog Road are scheduled for a landscaping beautification and irrigation improvement project.
Start Date: June 5, 2018
Estimated Completion Date: Approximately 90 days
Lane Closures: Interior lane going east and interior lane going west on Clint Moore Road
The Via Mizner project located at 700 S. Federal Highway will be installing a new water main as part of the utility infrastructure improvements.
Start Date: Week of June 11, 2018
Estimated Completion Date: Approximately 4-weeks
Lane Closures: The northbound outside travel lane on Federal Highway from about SE 7th Street to about SE 9th Street will be closed for the duration of the project.
Paving Projects Update
To maximize the appearance and integrity of the roads, the City’s Engineering Division has been making their way through the City completing pavement resurfacing projects. By using a uniform methodology to assess pavement conditions, periodic inspections and a predictive model to optimize timing of roadway resurfacing, the following neighborhood projects have been completed or are underway. As part of the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP), the 6.4 million dollar resurfacing projects are on track to be completed by late summer 2018.
