Rocky Horror Picture Show Experience

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA (September 22, 2022) – Experience the cult classic, Rocky Horror Picture Show, like never before with the Rocky Horror Picture Show Experience at the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center, 201 Plaza Real in Boca Raton, on Friday, October 28 with two showings, 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.  As a bonus, attendees will have the opportunity to meet some of the characters doing a fun live parody of the film.

Adults 18+ only, as the movie is R-Rated.  Tickets are $25 per person.  For ticket purchasing, call (561) 347-3948.

The 1975 film follows sweethearts Brad and Janet, who, stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter. Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Dr. Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation.

Part of the fun of Rocky Horror Picture Show screenings is the traditional audience responses using physical props as well as spoken (and yelled) words or phrases at various moments during the film.  Suggested props include newspapers, water pistols (no water is permitted to be squirted), flashlights/cell phones (no lighters or open flames), rubber gloves, noisemakers, confetti (one handful per guest is permitted), toilet paper (one roll per party), toast (two pieces per guest), party hats, bells and playing cards (one deck of cards or less per guest).  

Prohibited items include but not limited to pets, outside food and beverages, coolers, backpacks, weapons, water pistols, and/or selfie sticks.
