How can I receive notifications?
Customers with known devices will receive a notification/reminder letter directly from Backflow Solutions Inc. (BSI) that testing is due. Once the annual inspection is complete, the testing company will enter that information directly into BSI’s online reporting system. If annual testing is not received, customers will receive notification that their testing is past due. These notifications will also include the last tester of record for your device(s).

If you have any questions regarding the program please contact the Utility Services Program Policy Coordinator at 561-338-7306 or BSI at 800-414-4990.
