Where do test reports get submitted?
Test reports must be submitted to the City’s authorized backflow contractor, Backflow Solutions Inc. (BSI). Reports must be submitted by the testing company. A unique Customer Confirmation Number (CCN) is provided to each water customer by BSI. The testing company inputting the test results must have this number in order to submit results. The customer must provide the CCN to the licensed tester. Most testing companies are familiar with BSI and can assist you with this process. Visit BSI's website to submit a report.
