Who conducts the selection for interviews?
Applicants who possess the preferred skills are forwarded to the Hiring Manager who schedules and conducts selection interview(s) and determines if an offer will be extended to any of the candidates. If the position requires testing, you will be contacted by Human Resources to schedule a test date.
Once a conditional offer has been extended to a candidate and the offer is accepted, the on-boarding process begins. This process can include: background check, reference check, employment and education verification, physical, drug screen, and psychological depending upon the position.
