When do I need to register and login to Boca eHub?

You need to register and login to Boca eHub if you are trying to manage development activity such as permits, plans, and inspections. Registration is required for all users, even if you previously using ePlans. You do not need to register an account to search available public records. Users can perform searches without being logged in: however, a certain plan or permit information will not be visible unless the user is logged in and is a listed contact on that specific record.
